Faq & Help

Where is my order?

The following are estimates, we send all items first class to ensure you get your parcels are quickly as possible.

 

At busy times of the year i.e. Christmas these may vary slightly, if you have any questions just send us a message via the ‘contact us’ page.

Christmas 2020 – last orders 12th December! after this order will be posted first class but are no longer guaranteed for Christmas delivery

UK mainland deliveries –  please allow 2-3 working days.

Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Nothern Ireland, Other UK Islands – please allow 2-5 working days.

Europe – Please allow 5-10 working days from dispatch.

Rest of World – please allow 5 – 14 working days for dispatch – there may be further delays if items are held up at customs which can increase delivery to up to 21 days from dispatch.

Where do you ship?

we ship to Uk mainland for free

we also ship intentionally – shipping charges will be applied

How do i return an item?
